1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Jadamstutor platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also accept these terms on your behalf.

2. The service

Jadamstutor provides SQA-aligned revision questions, AI-generated marking, and progress analytics for students in Scotland. The content is designed to support revision and is not a substitute for qualified teaching or official SQA materials.

The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@jadamstutor.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Users under 16 must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering. We reserve the right to close accounts where consent has not been obtained.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The free tier allows 50 questions per subject per month. Premium subscriptions are charged at £9.99 per month or £99.90 per year. Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Jadamstutor does not store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or reproduce question bank content for distribution
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or harassing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with platform systems

6. AI-generated content

Question content and marking feedback are generated or assisted by AI. While we review AI-generated questions before they appear in the main bank, the content may contain errors. Jadamstutor is a revision aid — students should cross-reference important information with their teachers and official SQA resources.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, including questions, marking schemes, and software, belongs to Jadamstutor or its licensors. You may use content for personal revision only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Jadamstutor does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is always accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jadamstutor is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
